We are a small, hands-on, veteran-owned company founded in 2009 and acquired by its current owners in 2016. Krista and Brian, owners and property managers, enjoy operating this thriving, well-managed and growing company.  Krista has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Idaho since 2006. Brian is a mechanical engineer, an Air Force veteran and an Idaho native.  We are a husband and wife team who offer tremendous skills and knowledge.  We love working with people and always strive to provide excellent customer service!

As a small company of industry professionals, we pride ourselves on being accessible and available.  Evenings?  Weekends?  No problem!  We are standing by when help is needed.
